Notice of Temporary Office Closure
Dear Community Members,
As you are likely aware, the Governor of California has issued a statewide mandatory stay at home order in order to control the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. These orders are effective as of March 19, 2020. All nonessential businesses are directed to close and nonessential travel is prohibited.
We recognize the importance of our part in keeping our residents healthy and will cooperate in every manner with these orders. Nonetheless, we also understand the need to provide a safe and habitable home for you.
Therefore, our offices will be closed for now. We encourage residents to use the resident online portal at www.isyourhome.com to pay rent. If you need to speak to someone directly to pay rent, or you have an emergency, you can make contact through our regular office phone number. However, please limit such contact to critical matters such as those involving emergency work orders or your immediate safety.
We will keep in touch with you as these matters progress regarding our community.
